Highly Experienced JD Edwards Distribution Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a JD Edwards Distribution Support Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch support and maintenance services to customers across the globe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to complex problems, ensuring optimal application performance and meeting business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line support to customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Liaise with internal applications teams/external suppliers to communicate issues and ensure fixes and changes meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Take a proactive approach to problem management, aiming to minimize recurring incidents and their business impact.
- Support junior consultants with functional questions and issues, lead projects/on-boarding activities for defined customers.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers (internal and external), ensuring open communication, alignment on goals, and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Ensure timely resolution of reported application issues according to prioritization and communicate status effectively.
- Act as Lead consultant/SME for assigned customers, participating or leading customer meetings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards implementation or support within core Distribution modules: Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement.
- Experience with Transportation and/or Advanced Warehousing modules is highly desirable.
- Broader knowledge of additional functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, or Contract Billing would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
- JD Edwards World Software experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, conveying complex information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A highly driven and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management and frameworks like ITIL is desirable though not essential.
