Sales and Distribution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SD Expert to contribute to the strategy and success of our Sales & Distribution Domain.
- As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our sales and distribution activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of SAP SD customizing and ABAP skills. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless transformation steps, managing run and maintain activity, and maintaining full compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and have experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field. You should also be proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the 5-year plan, including architecture concepts and assessing transformation phases.
- Managing project transformations on a Project Management and technical level.
- Ensuring successful transformation steps: initial demand collection, books of requirements, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and committees.
- Managing run and maintain activity, incidents management, and progressive maintenance in the domain.
- Maintaining full compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules.
- BE/BTech/Master's Degree.
- Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process.
- SAP SD customizing, ABAP skills mandatory.
- SAP S/4HANA, FIORI.
- Deep Business processes knowledge of SD activities: Sales Order Management, Manage Inquiry, Quotation, Customer Contract, Customer Order, Invoicing, Pricing, Transportation, Load Grouping and Splitting, Vehicle Tracking, Freight Tendering, Shipping, and Packing List.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Expertise in using project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA).
