**Job Overview**

The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating between dealers, vendors, and the city sales team while managing backend operations, subscriptions, procurement, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team for operational requirements.
  • Manage subscriptions for leading publications and oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines and maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
