Senior Leasing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leasing Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our leasing business in Mumbai, Gurgaon / NCR, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential markets, industries, and client segments for leasing business expansion
- Prospect and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach efforts
- Discover cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within client portfolios
- Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Client acquisition and relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve business objectives
- Maintain operational excellence by coordinating with Legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize leasing agreements
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience in business development and sales in the leasing business – equipment/vehicle. Your extensive industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this position in driving business growth.
