About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team as an Associate, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users seeking technical assistance via email, forms, or telephone.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Odessa, Platform Tools, and API/network connectivity.
  • Perform configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements.
  • Educate users on best practices and provide timely follow-up to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 to 9 years of overall experience.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Knowledge of Odessa and its functionalities.
