Procurement Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage tendering activities, oversee vendor procurement and negotiate pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with vendors to identify suitable opportunities.
  • Manage procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations and finalizing orders.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents on relevant portals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases and agreements.
  • Handle post-submission clarifications and follow-ups with authorities.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years experience in procurement management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of government e-tender portals.
  • Bachelor’s degree; technical or commerce background preferred.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
