Job Overview

This challenging role involves providing contractual support for data center projects located globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including colocation agreements, managed services agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), interconnection agreements, and cloud service agreements.
  • Support contract tracking and execution of deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations align with operational and business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and support compliance with governance and approval processes.

Requirements
  1. Possess a strong understanding of commercial contracts, preferably in the data center sector.
  2. Experience working in fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environments is essential.
  3. Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) are required.
