Square Select Estates is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, showcasing property offerings, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.

  • Conduct property presentations and virtual tours.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:

  • For Fresh Graduates:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High motivation, customer-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
  • For Experienced Candidates (Up to 2 Years):
    • Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of the real estate market and transaction processes.
