We are seeking an experienced Relationship Builder to lead our external engagement strategies and drive student enrollment for our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

  • About the Role:
  • Develop and execute region-specific initiatives tailored to target audiences and institutional requirements.
  • Plan and implement large-scale outreach programs in schools and colleges to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen relationships with educational institutions.
  • Identify and leverage innovative offline channels for consistent lead generation.
  • Manage and oversee external events such as open houses, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to maximize student conversion.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in external relations and business development, preferably within educational institutions.
  • Strong track record of driving external lead generation and outreach programs, resulting in at least 1,500 enrollments annually.
  • Prior experience in managing similar roles within colleges/universities is essential.
