Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing & SEO Personnel to manage our online presence, improve search rankings, and drive quality traffic to our website. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks with a strong focus on SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
  • Plan and manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct website audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search performance.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better rankings and user engagement.
  • Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage social media presence and engage audiences through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Research competitors and recommend strategies to outperform them in search rankings and digital outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in SEO and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
