What You'll Be Doing:

Build Relationships: Act as the single point of contact for Campus Ambassadors—resolve queries, keep them engaged, and ensure performance.

College Visits: Onboard ambassadors from different colleges, activate them, and guide them toward achieving sales targets.

Track & Analyze: Monitor ambassador performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Strategy & Guidance: Help ambassadors crack their monthly goals by teaching effective sales tactics.

Lead Activation: Call and follow up with onboarded leads to keep them active and involved.

Drive Impact: Support the design of engagement strategies to build a stronger, more effective ambassador network.

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Willingness to travel and do field work

Passionate about building connections and driving student engagement

Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based outcomes
