Content Creator Position Overview

This role focuses on developing and executing content strategies for influencer marketing campaigns, branded content, and creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling content strategies to engage target audiences across social media platforms.
  • Craft platform-specific copy for influencer campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the influencer management team to develop creative directions and campaign ideas.
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance in all influencer content.
  • Become familiar with digital content trends, social media language, and creator culture.

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in influencer marketing, digital, or social media content.
  • Strong English skills (additional languages are an asset).
  • Ability to adapt writing style to match different influencer voices and brand tones.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and managing multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with creative, brand solutions, and influencer management teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience creating short-form social-first content (memes, reels, shorts).
  • Understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem.
  • Awareness of SEO and digital content trends.
