Tender Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in tendering/proposals who can coordinate well with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client requirements.
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to sustainability projects.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Relevant qualification
  • 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines
