Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving success in paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and delivering measurable results across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Proven experience handling large annual budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration.
