We are seeking a skilled Hosting Team Member to support the deployment, hosting, and maintenance of our application. The role involves managing application environments, ensuring system availability, supporting validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless application hosting services in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Hosting & Environment Support: Install, configure, and maintain application environments. Perform environment refresh, patching, and upgrades as per project requirements.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor system performance, logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve application hosting issues in coordination with infrastructure and application teams.
  • User & Access Management: Manage user provisioning, roles, and access rights in compliance with security policies. Configure connections for secure authentication and data transfer.
  • Backup, Recovery & Compliance: Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness for application environments. Provide support for audits by maintaining records.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve hosting issues. Document configurations, procedures, and environment details in knowledge repositories.
