Utilities Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Utilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our utility systems. This role involves managing a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Utility System Management
- Ensure continuous plant operations
- Maintain high safety and efficiency standards
- Maintenance Scheduling Optimization
- Plan and implement predictive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Equipment Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and troubleshoot utility equipment performance issues
- Ensure timely resolution and optimal equipment utilization
- Spare Parts Inventory Management
- Optimize spare parts inventory levels for critical equipment
- Ensure operational continuity and minimize disruptions
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility equipment maintenance and operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in shift operations and respond to emergencies
