Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Oracle Utilities C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design and implementation of utility solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, and expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes.

  • Assists in designing and implementing utility solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M suite.
  • Provides technical guidance on the application of Oracle Utilities C2M suite in utility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements utility solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M suite.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle Utilities solutions.
  • Develops high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Delivers large-scale utility implementations using Oracle Utilities C2M suite.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to ensure solution delivery meets business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities C2M suite.
  • Expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams.
