Technical Operations Specialist

- Manage and maintain electromechanical utilities services at the site with the help of the technician team.
- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Conduct regular inspections to check for risk and defect areas.
- Review the work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed.
- Ensure the documentation, checking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
- Hire, train, and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff.
- Formulate suitable budgeting controls and monitor SLAs & KPIs for effective service delivery.
- Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent with 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
