Job Title: Fitness Program Leader

The role of a Fitness Program Leader is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to deliver engaging fitness programs for guests of all ages and abilities. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality fitness experiences that cater to diverse needs and preferences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead group fitness classes such as Pilates, yoga, and other exercise modalities.
  • Provide personalized training sessions and consultations to help guests achieve their fitness goals.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized gym environment that promotes a positive and motivating atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new ideas for fitness programming and marketing.

Requirements:
  • Recognized Personal Trainer Certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, or AFAA).
  • Experience and knowledge of Pilates and/or yoga.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Sales and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and team player attitude.
  • Desire to succeed and grow professionally.
  • Minimum 6-months experience in a leading spa or salon.
  • Recognized professional qualification (e.g. degree or certification).
