Cluster Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our operations in Thrissur, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of multiple centers within the designated cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cluster, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective problem-solving.
• Program Management & Coordination: Coordinate and execute programs across the cluster, collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cultivate partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth.
• People Management: Develop and implement training programs for center managers, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage budgetary resources to maximize impact across all centers.

Requirements:

• Graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the skilling sector, with a focus on mobilization and placements.
• Proven experience in operations and team management skills.
