- The successful candidate will maintain and elevate our talent by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, acquiring, and onboarding new hires, as well as managing payrolls and benefits for employees. Additionally, the successful candidate will create retention strategies and develop marketing and communication plans that align with our brand values.
Requirements & Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant function is required, along with 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, as well as leadership skills and a high degree of understanding of people and crisis management.
- Strong language skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to think strategically and lead teams.
