Our Job:

  • Citrix Solutions Architect

Main Responsibilities:

  1. We design, implement, and maintain Citrix technologies, ensuring seamless integration with Azure virtual desktop services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable and secure architectures, and ensure smooth deployment and operation.
  3. We design and integrate Citrix products, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud, with Azure virtual desktop services to provide a comprehensive and cohesive virtual desktop solution.
  4. We configure and manage Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage to create and maintain Azure virtual desktop environments.
  5. Implement security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements, to protect virtual desktop environments and ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  6. We design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and data loss.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, system errors, and network connectivity problems to maintain a stable and reliable environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Several years of experience as a Citrix Solutions Architect or similar role designing and implementing virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and virtual networks.
  • Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Experience in network design, including connectivity options, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements.
