Corporate Visa Specialist

- Manage visa stamping processes for Business, Work, and Visitor categories in the UK.
- Establish a process-driven approach to deliver client requirements on time.
- Validate visa checklists for all categories (Business, Work, Dependent, Tourist) to ensure accuracy.
- Review visa applications and supporting documents for 100% compliance with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
- Guide employees/client SPOCs on mandatory Consulate/Embassy submission requirements.
- Coordinate with back-office team for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
- Build relationships with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
- Deliver services in accordance with agreed terms and service level agreements.
- Update knowledge base on immigration regulations and visa processes.
- Implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling Business, Work, and Dependent visa processes.
- Prior experience in an MNC or corporate office is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
- Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
