Job Opportunity: Visa Processing Specialist for European Regions

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa applications for various European regions, including business, work, tourist, dependent, and student visas.
  • A key aspect of this role is the collection, verification, and preparation of required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  2. Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  3. Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  4. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  5. Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  6. Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to European countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
