Risk Management Specialist

The role of a Sr Quality Assurance Specialist involves performing in-depth audits to identify risk trends and ensure process integrity. The individual will be responsible for analyzing data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
A key aspect of this position is to conduct monthly quality reviews/audits while adhering to SOPs and GRS QA guidelines. This includes validating data accuracy, identifying root causes of errors, and suggesting corrective actions or process improvements.
In addition, the successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate quality logs and reports, provide timely feedback to BPO vendor partners, and support capability uplift.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and GRS QA guidelines.
- Analyze data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Identify root causes of errors and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
- Maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
- Provide timely feedback to BPO vendor partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in property and casualty insurance operations, with a focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience in a BPO or shared service environment.
- Familiarity with multiple lines of business within commercial or specialty insurance.
