Are you a seasoned Agile leader looking for a new challenge? This role is ideal for someone who has experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Azure DevOps to track key Agile performance health indicators and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Mentor team members on Agile estimating and planning techniques, as well as sprint forecasting and burndown technologies
  • Leverage your expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency to drive team success

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps
  • Strong skills in communication, action orientation, and follow-through
  • Good knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the Scrum approach
  • Working experience in SharePoint technology, preferably SharePoint 2019 or Online
