Job Title: Training Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead our training initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with Business Heads.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.
- Develop an annual training plan and calendar for the sales force aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and deliver engaging training modules on various topics, including equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Implement Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms.
- Support non-training initiatives such as new product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content meets business and compliance requirements.
- A winning mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience. Prior experience in training is not mandatory.
- NISM VA Certification (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills, Willingness to travel & be on field.
- Relevant Training & TTT Certification would be an added advantage.
