Senior Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned strategic professional to lead product planning, category management, and merchandising functions.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product development, optimizing category performance, and ensuring profitable growth across various segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development.
  • Prepare comprehensive business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to influence product direction.
  • Define seasonal product range and assortment strategies.
  • Oversee merchandising operations, including buying strategies, inventory mix, and pricing.
  • Develop and manage promotional strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze daily business reports to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through coordination with quality assurance teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of product planning, merchandising, and category management principles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and budget planning.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor management.
  • Expertise in consumer insights and market trend analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in product management, merchandising, and category management-preferably in the retail or apparel industry.
