Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Provide product or service information and recommendations to customers.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate degree in any field.
- 0-1 years of work experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and applications.
