Drive business growth with a pioneering technology firm. With over a decade of expertise in IT Staff Augmentation, we're expanding our operations. We seek an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in business development and management.

We're looking for a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing Services. Your mission will be to bring in new clients who regularly utilize contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, drive, and commitment, coupled with a win-win mindset. They will successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to define the sales roadmap and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
  • Agree upon targets and work towards achieving them. Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management.
  • Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Research, market, and effectively present the company's services to new clients.
  • Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships. Perform outbound calls to key decision-makers, build the relationship, follow up consistently, and obtain job orders and inquiries to provide staff for their company.
  • Generate new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.
  • Client relationship management and client retention to ensure regular business from new clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services in the USA region.
  • Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
