Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive analysis and insights that support meaningful business decisions. As a Business Analyst, you will focus on improving the success of sellers by analyzing data, discovering and solving real-world problems, and building metrics and business cases to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities include monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with scientists, risk managers, and program managers within the team. You will design and develop automated reporting solutions to surface potential gaps in existing mechanisms and support data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will define business logic with business owners and deploy heuristic solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience
  • 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with SQL or ETL

Preferred qualifications include experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Quick Sight/ Tableau/ Power BI or other BI packages, as well as experience using very large datasets.
