Procurement Leader

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Leader to drive our procurement strategy and deliver exceptional results.

  • Governance and Process Improvement:
  1. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  2. Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance strategic alignment and reduce costs.
  3. Ensure procurement activities align with industry best practices and company goals.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  1. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  2. Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers for projects to ensure long-term collaboration and cost efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality supply and service levels.
  • Strategic Procurement and Cost Management:
  1. Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for tie-ups and price hedging.
  2. Identify and source new materials that contribute to cost reduction and profitability.
  3. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pricing.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  1. Streamline procurement processes across 70+ projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  2. Guide and support teams in day-to-day procurement activities, providing expertise and oversight.
  3. Implement agile procurement practices to respond quickly to project needs and market changes.
  • Reporting and Benchmarking:
  1. Prepare and publish detailed reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards to position the company as a leader in procurement excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
  1. Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and project success.
  • Required Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and strategic procurement initiatives.
