Procurement and Inventory Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.

Your expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) module will be crucial in configuring and supporting procurement, inventory, and invoice verification processes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MM with other SAP modules such as Sales, Finance, and Warehouse Management.

In this role, you will support SAP MM implementation projects, system upgrades, and customizations. Your ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions will be essential in ensuring seamless business operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments and reports. Additionally, you will conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for MM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
  • Configure SAP MM module including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material valuation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MM with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and WM.
  • Support SAP MM implementation projects, system upgrades, and customizations.
  • Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments and reports.
  • Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for MM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM module to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor and optimize SAP MM workflows and master data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and support of procurement, inventory, and invoice verification processes.
  • Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM).
  • Knowledge of purchase-to-pay process and vendor management.
  • Experience in SAP MM implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
