Sr Manager Procurement

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our international procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing locally sourced demand for TUC in various stages of maturity.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the globe to identify and deliver improved procurement solutions. This exciting role offers a host of development opportunities as part of a truly global Procurement team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercial expert who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the procurement of certain categories of business services spend for TUC.
  • Ensure that Global Procurement policy, processes and requirements are met while ensuring local business and regulatory needs are met.
  • Focus on customer service and optimize external spend for the business.
  • Demonstrate keen analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver improved procurement solutions.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and ensure business requirements are met and risk management strategies are in place.
  • Feed valuable intel and insights into global category plans and strategies.
  • Undertake market analysis to identify new opportunities to drive value.
  • Produce insightful reporting and MI for stakeholders and governance meetings.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and drive essential behavioral and process change.
