Lead Hydraulic Cylinder Design Expert

Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and power packs for various industries.

The company operates a state-of-the-art plant equipped with advanced technologies and processes like honing, induction hardening, chrome plating, CNC turning, grinding, and dust-free assembly areas.

As the Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders, you will oversee all design aspects of hydraulic cylinders and lead a team of designers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design management and product design skills
  • Costing of hydraulic cylinders
  • Visual design and branding skills
  • Experience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical products

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders at Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd.

Designs and develops high-quality hydraulic cylinder systems that meet customer specifications and performance requirements. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver design projects efficiently. Collaborates with production teams to ensure effective implementation of designs. Develops and implements design standards and guidelines.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining the design process and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior designers.
