Hydraulic Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Design Lead to join our team.

  1. Develop and implement hydraulic design plans for water supply schemes and irrigation pipe distribution network projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  2. Lead the preparation of pipeline layout planning and hydraulic designs using Water GEMS software, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  3. Prepare detailed drawings and estimates for project implementation, including L-sections of pipeline designs on AutoCAD and E survey Software.
  4. Carry out site investigations, surveys, engineering calculations, and working drawing preparations for water supply schemes and irrigation projects.
  5. Collaborate with government departments and vetting institutes to secure design approvals and ensure project feasibility.
  6. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians in hydraulic design and analysis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements, and best practices in hydraulic design and engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in hydraulic design, engineering, and project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Water GEMS, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and E survey Software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
