Customer Service Representative Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Specialist II to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage customer cases, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
