Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accident Relief Care (ARC) Pvt Ltd.
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls.
Your primary objective will be to establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
To achieve this goal, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
You should have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and have experience working in a telesales environment. Additionally, proficiency in relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems is highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle rejection with ease.
The salary range for this position is between ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, plus incentives, and the working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, please apply now
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
