Legal Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to fill this key role.

  • This position involves conducting thorough research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal agreements, and providing support to the HR department.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in non-litigation legal work and be able to conduct legal research and analysis, draft and review legal agreements, and provide support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Service Agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents.
  • Providing support to the HR department in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents.
  • Performing administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in non-litigation legal work.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
