Job Title: Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support across various departments.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in drafting and preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting services, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to stakeholders, including management and employees
  • Ensuring legal compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Managing legal affairs, including litigation and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Affairs, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience in legal document preparation and legal consulting, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certification an advantage
  • Experience in Litigation matters is mandatory, with experience in the real estate industry a plus
