Seeking a seasoned Legal professional to lead our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Contract Development: Utilize your expertise in contract drafting to create business agreements, lease deeds, and other contractual documents.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard the company's intellectual property by handling trademark-related matters, including infringement protection and defense of IPR cases.
  • Court Representation: Represent the organization in consumer cases, replies, and defenses before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
  • Litigation Management: Oversee court procedures and manage litigations related to daily company affairs.

Requirements

1. Law Degree: Hold a law degree from a recognized institution with a regular stream of 5 years or a 3-year BL/LLB with graduation.

2. Post-Qualification Experience: Possess a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a medium/large organization or law firm.

3. Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel to retail stores across South India.
