Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Consilio LLC. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Work closely with our Application Owner and Product Administrator to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical design documentation outlining solution architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with our Integration Data Management team to support integrations with other technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that others can correctly interpret and implement the solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including CSM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps modules.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in development and ability to manage/lead a team of 5+ members.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing playbooks within CSM using the CSM Agent Workspace.
  • Experience with Flow Manager, Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, building applications, custom widgets.
  • Solid proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs within the context of ServiceNow development and experience working with IntegrationHub.
  • Experience working and integrating with other enterprise systems (HRIS/ERP/CRM) such as Netsuite, SFDC, ADP, UKG, HubSpot is a plus.
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to help explain complex technical requirements to non-technical people.
  • A capacity for working with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) strongly preferred.
