Lead Accounting Professional

\

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting leader to oversee our U.S. accounting operations.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Manage and direct the Timesheet & Billing team to ensure seamless delivery of services.\
  • Process timesheets, generate invoices, and prepare monthly hours and sales reports for review by senior management.\
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Audit, and Assignment to resolve complex issues and meet business objectives.\
  • Oversee the submission of miscellaneous invoices, record income/revenue in the accounting system, and approve payroll & billing adjustments.\
  • Monitor and respond to audit queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, and other financial terms to ensure alignment with company goals.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business strategy and growth initiatives.\

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in U.S. accounting with a proven track record of leadership and management.\
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software and systems.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
