Are you a seasoned expert in CPQ solutions?

We are seeking a CPQ Business Analyst to join our team, bringing their expertise in systems analysis and implementation to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash systems and 5+ years of working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance teams to understand current and future processes.
  • Collaborating with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Documenting Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configuring and managing CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinating IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintaining system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensuring solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
