We are seeking a meticulous data analyst to assist in managing master data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate master data records, ensuring all necessary updates and deletions are performed.
  • Implement user management and role assignment systems, guaranteeing seamless access control for authorized personnel.
  • Collaborate with QA analysts to provide quality assurance for imported data.
  • Coordinate the commissioning and decommissioning of data sets, adhering to established protocols.
  • Process confidential data in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Support report development and analysis, utilizing relevant data sources and metadata.
  • Promote data integrity and normalization initiatives across the organization.
  • Evaluate new software and technologies to inform strategic decisions regarding data systems.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems, leveraging various data storage structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
  • Work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  • Capacity to analyze existing tools and databases and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable terms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
