Job Title: Building Information Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Building Information Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of project management services on various facility engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the BIM Execution Plan in collaboration with Digital Delivery Managers, clients, and BIM project stakeholders.
  • Implementing BIM methodology in the project according to project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Conducting regular comprehensive reviews of model quality and compliance with established BIM requirements.
  • Preparing quality check reports and status reports based on BIM data transfer.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing project-specific training as needed.
  • Organizing and documenting BIM meetings and audits.
  • Validating model contents through test runs.
  • Managing BIM coordination and implementation for complete BIM implementation in the project.
  • Updating and managing BIM issues on the collaboration platform.
  • Ensuring ongoing coordination between Digital Delivery Managers and Discipline BIM Leads.
  • Delivering timely and complete BIM services.
  • Developing BIM models and maintaining model coordination space within the project ACC.
  • Setting up initial BIM models for new projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or institute.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least three years in consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting big facility projects in a project engineer role from conceptual design phase through commissioning.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing project schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
