Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Manager to join our organization, supporting project management activities on facility engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan (BxP) with Digital Delivery Manager, Client, and BIM stakeholders.
  2. Implement BIM methodology in projects according to BIM requirements and BxP.
  3. Regularly review model quality and compliance with BIM standards.
  4. Prepare quality check reports and status reports based on BIM data transfer.
  5. Conceptualize and implement project-specific training as needed.
  6. Organize, initiate, and document BIM meetings.
  7. Validate model contents through test runs.
  8. Coordinate and manage BIM implementation in projects.
  9. Manage and update BIM issues on collaboration platforms.
  10. Serve as interface between Digital Delivery Manager and Discipline BIM Leads.
  11. E nsure timely delivery of BIM services.
  12. Develop BIM models and maintain model coordination space within ACC.
  13. Set up initial BIM model for new projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited university or institute.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least three years in consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting big facility projects in project engineer role from conceptual design phase through commissioning.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing project schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
