Project Management

We are seeking a highly experienced candidate to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility engineering projects and the ability to provide full-range project management services.

  • Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.

  • Arrange and attend interdepartmental meetings, client meetings, document meeting minutes, and take action as discussed.

  • Prepare and monitor department-wise pending point lists on a weekly basis for controlling design inputs and monitoring overall project schedules.

  • Provide overall project management from concept to completion, including siting, planning, estimating, engineering, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, and closeout.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs using EcoSys, the company's project management tool.

  • Prepare and measure target progress and actual project progress. Monitor progress and take corrective action when necessary.

  • Assist with internal project financials, staffing, change management, and human resource issues.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned project engineering activities.

  • Work closely with the project team to ensure deliverables and services meet client satisfaction and adhere to internal QA/QC guidelines.

  • Report regularly on engineering progress by reporting performance on key parameters like scope, schedule, and budget, highlighting any issues that may impact project delivery.

  • Maintain records of change requests, raise change notices, propose changes, and finalize change orders with clients.

  • Prepare project close-out reports.

  • Support project managers on multiple projects in coordinating with remote client-facing teams in the US from project handover to complete delivery according to contract terms.

  • Support recruitment and retention efforts to grow the project management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or reputable institute.

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least three years in consulting.

  • Proven track record of supporting big facility projects in a project engineer role from conceptual design through commissioning is essential.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing project schedules.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
