Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Telesales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telesales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Implement and manage CRM software and tools to streamline client interactions and processes.
- Develop and implement effective Telesales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and communication strategies.
- Create and distribute newsletters, promotional materials, and client communications to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Build rapport and trust with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development or Telesales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
