Investment Research and Investor Relations Professional

Job Description:

  • Lead the investment research function to produce detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, sectoral insights, and valuation models.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and translate them into investor-relevant content.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and global macro indicators impacting the business.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investor queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with the company's vision, financial goals, and growth plans.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  3. Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and FAQs.
  4. Organize and manage investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.
  5. Monitor market perception, shareholder sentiment, and analyst coverage; provide feedback to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in investment research, financial analysis, or investor relations, preferably within financial services or technology domains.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and equity research.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment community expectations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience engaging with institutional investors and analysts is highly preferred.
  • MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
